How does the process work?

Once pre-construction services are performed, we put the plans out for bid to several reliable contractors, both to gain a competitive edge and to evaluate the bids. Upon selection (by the client and Big City) of a contractor who is competitively priced, has a thorough understanding of the project and who will work well with the client, we prepare a contract between the owner and contractor. From there, we oversee the permitting process with the building department so that construction may begin. We continue to manage construction on the client’s behalf until the work is successfully completed.

Is this service expensive?

We charge a nominal fee for our services. Utilizing Big City throughout the process will keep the project on time and within budget. This results in a project that will cost the client less than if they had not used our services.
